The Adeeology Support System is a ticket based, online help desk system. It seamlessly integrates inquiries made via e-mail, phone and web-based forms into a simple easy-to-use multi-user web interface.
A user will be able to open a ticket, which will be handled by support team, and will be assigned accordingly. A breakdown will be routed to the Maintenance team, for instance. And the Finance department will handle all matters related to, well, finances.
Any and all progress will be recorded in the system, and internally, the relevant agents and departments will handle their designated tasks to find a resolution for the clients. An elegant solution, streamlining the experience for the customers at the tips of their fingertips.
