Please note, the current rate may be subject to changes and/or other mitigating circumstances.

Deposit (refundable upon completion of work).*

1.	Moving	RM 200
2.	Renovation (Minor works. E.g. Astro, internet, water filter, aircond installation. Works usually done within hours, with little material and/or hacking of the premise.)	RM 300
3.	Renovation (Major works. Installing a kitchen top, electrical wiring, wall fan, usually lasting more than a day, and require lots of material to be brought in and require modification to the current structure/layout of the premise.)	RM 500-RM 3,000

* Deposit made by cash will be refunded on the same day of completion (within operation hours). Deposit may be forfeit if damages were incurred during the course of works.

Other payment.

1.	Maintenance Fee (monthly).	RM 185
2.	Fire Insurance (annually).	RM 330
3.	Access card. New or replacement.	RM50 per piece.
4.	Parking lots. Depends on availability.	RM 100 - RM 200 per month.
5.	Solid waste disposal. Collection from unit to waste disposal site.	Starting from RM50
