Our operation hours are from 9am till 5pm everyday, except for 12.30pm on Saturday. The office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

eJMB operates around the clock, everyday, with most of the management's roles and functions continuing to be on call, and still accessible. Complaints can still be lodged, applications for visitors, or payments can still be made thorough eJMB, when other channels are closed.
